Permissions
You define who can do what in this area in Roles & Permissions. These rows matter most:
Administration > Administration Area: Maintain master data (receipt types, payment types, tax rates, exchange rates, base price lists, mail templates, supplier master data) and configure the area.
Employee > Time, Receipts, Travel Expenses: See receipts of other employees (View) and modify or delete them (Edit).
Employee > Time and Costs: Cost and revenue reports across several employees (Evaluate).
Projects > Billing Settings and Projects > Revenue: Maintain project price tables and evaluate project sales volume and earnings development.
Customers > Billing Settings and Customers > Billing: Maintain customer-specific price information and evaluate customer sales volume.
On the Department manager (with the Locations & Departments area), Project manager, and Key account manager tabs, the same rows apply to your own departments, projects, and customers. Employees record their own receipts in ZEP and in the ZEP App.
You control who can open the Receipt Inbox and manage inbox receipts in Roles & Permissions via the Receipt Inbox row in the Administration area.
