Here you can find an overview of your employee's assignments. As an administrator, you can not only edit existing assignments for the employee here but also add new ones. If you use the Locations & Departments module, a department head can also view and edit this information for employees in their department at this location.
An employee can only see the Department Head menu item under Reports if assignments exist for them here.

This item is only displayed if you are using the Locations & Departments module.
All departments where the employee is defined as a department head are listed. Additionally, you can use the Change department manager assignment button to define the employee as a department head in other departments or remove the leadership option.
