The dashboard is the personal start overview of each employee in ZEP. It shows widgets for own times, attendance, vacation, tickets and offers, as well as team analyses for admins and department managers. Multiple dashboards can be set up side by side and configured individually.

The Edit mode button at the top right allows the dashboard to be adapted. In edit mode the following actions are available:

Widgets relating to the own person — own times, own vacation, own offers and tickets.

Bar chart of the own working or project times per day or week. Filters:

Compact counter of the current overtime balance in hours and minutes. The balance results from the difference between target and actual working time, taking into account breaks, absences and approved corrections. Available with the Absences module and the right to see the own overtime balance — the visibility setting is set per employee by the administration.

Overview of the annual leave balance for the running calendar year: already taken, currently requested but not yet approved, and remaining for planning. The entitlement is based on the contract agreement; carryover from the previous year is included automatically according to the administration rule. Available with active Absences module.

Pie chart of the own project times distribution over a period (default: current week). Per project the booked hours are color-differentiated; a tooltip shows hours and percentage share. Period filter configurable. Available in ZEP Compact and ZEP Professional (not available in ZEP Clock, since project time recording is not possible there).

Table variant of the project times distribution with project names, booked hours and percentage share per project. Compared to the pie chart this view fits better with many small bookings, since hours and shares per project are directly comparable. Available in ZEP Compact and ZEP Professional.

Detail bar chart per project with filter on single projects (multi-select). Shows the own time allocation per project over the chosen period as bars — helpful to steer own utilization across multiple projects. Available in ZEP Compact and ZEP Professional with the right to see project time.

Table overview of own offers with status draft, sent, accepted or rejected. Per offer the customer, amount and date are shown, a direct jump into the offer is possible. Available with active Offers module and the assigned role for offer editing.

Table of tickets assigned to the employee with priority, status and project. Per ticket the title, customer, due date and last activity timestamp are visible. A click opens the ticket detail with all information. Available with active Tickets module.

Widgets with team view — for admins, controlling and department managers.

Table of currently present and absent employees. Filters:

Available with the right to see external attendance — typically assigned to admins, department managers or reception roles.

Overview of upcoming birthdays in the team with name, department and date. The display supports team cohesion and makes birthday wishes easier in everyday work. Visible when the administration has activated the birthday display under Employee settings.

Balance list of all employees with filters on department and sorting by employee name, balance or department. Helpful for steering overtime reduction and identifying overload patterns. Available with the Absences module for admin, controlling or department managers.

Analysis of billable hours per employee over a period. Filters:

Available with the Departments module for admins or department managers with reporting rights on the respective employee groups.

Overview of the team's annual leave balances: entitlement, already taken, requested and remaining vacation per employee. Eases vacation planning in departments and the timely reminder of remaining vacation at year-end. Available with the Absences module for admin or department managers.

Project detail view: for a single project the time distribution across all involved employees. The widget shows per employee the booked hours in the chosen period and makes utilization distributions visible. Filters: project (single-select) and period. Available with the right to see project time.

Table overview of open absence applications for approval with employee name, absence type, period and application date. Eases the central processing of approvals without the detour via the analysis overview. Available with the Absences module for admin or department managers.

Table of all offers in the system with status filter, sortable by customer, date or amount. Provides a quick overview of the sales pipeline, open offers and recently accepted orders. Available with the Offers module and the right to see all offers.

Full-width table of all tickets in the system with extended filter options by assignee, status, priority, project and category. Helpful for team steering in the ticket backlog and for escalation analyses. Available with active Tickets module.
