    • RFID cards: in credit-card size, available in packs of 10, dimensions approx. 86mm x 54mm x 1mm each

Prerequisites and Intended Use

The ZEP Terminal can only be used with the ZEP time-tracking software with attendance module or with ZEP Clock for time tracking via RFID key fob or card.

You need access to your ZEP at https://www.zep-online.de/zepXXX where XXX generally stands for your company name. Use of a terminal must be enabled in this ZEP instance. To operate the ZEP terminal you need a stable internet connection either via WLAN (2.4 GHz 802.11b/g/n, no PSK/EAP) or via Ethernet cable (DHCP or static IP, 10/100 Mbit/s) with direct access to https://www.zep-online.de, i.e. port 443 via SSL without a visible proxy server.

On delivery the ZEP Terminal is ready to use as a desktop device via WLAN without further assembly. It only requires a power outlet. A smartphone or laptop with WLAN is needed to configure the terminal. Operation is permitted exclusively within the EU.
