The Profile menu item can be found within the "gray circle" containing the initials of your first and last name in the top right corner of your ZEP. If you have uploaded a profile picture, this image will be displayed instead of the gray circle.
When you hover your mouse over this profile icon, you can click on the Profile menu item or Log out of ZEP.

Rights: Your permission level.
ZEP Language: The language set in your ZEP instance.
Font: Set your individual font here.
Font Size: Set your individual font size here (between 12 and 18). The font size is saved specifically to the device, allowing you to set the optimal font size for each device (desktop, smartphone, tablet) when using ZEP in the browser.
Show last booked projects during time recording: Set how many of the most recently booked projects you want to see in the project selection (Default: 0, Maximum: 5). These last booked projects will then appear at the very top of the selection list under My ZEP > Record Project Time.
Calendar Default View: Set your desired calendar view: month, week, day, or appointment overview.
Password Expiry Date: The date on which your password becomes invalid and you must enter a new one (according to the specifications under Administration > My Company > Password).
By selecting Change Data, you can upload your own profile picture: hover your mouse over the gray circle and click the "pen and paper" icon to upload a profile picture. Click the "trash can" icon to remove the image.
You can adjust these personal settings using the [Change data] and [Change password] buttons.
If an employee has the language set to "-Default-", the language configured under Administration > Settings > General applies to them.
If a specific language other than the default should apply to an employee, this can be configured in the employee management.
Each employee can choose their own language:
Each employee can set their language via the Profile menu item using the [Change language] button.
The login page will continue to be displayed in the default language, but after logging in, the user will see ZEP in their chosen language.
Email and Tasks
In your profile, you can specify your preferred settings for the email client and the separator for email addresses:
Use ZEP Mail Client
If you want to use the integrated ZEP email client, activate the checkbox. If you prefer to use your own email client, uncheck the box.
Separator for Email Addresses
Set whether a comma or a semicolon is used as a separator between email addresses. Once you have saved your own settings for email parameters under Profile > Email, any changes to the global settings (Administration > Settings > Email) will no longer affect you.
Project managers and administrators have the option to schedule various project reports as a "task" (within the respective project). These tasks are then automatically executed by ZEP in the background, and the result file is stored here (it can also be sent as an email attachment). You can manage these scheduled tasks under My Profile > Tasks. In the table, you can see all your scheduled tasks, their status, execution schedule, the last execution, the result of the last execution, the saved result file, and the next scheduled execution.
With the PDF icon, you can download the file; with the link icon, you can generate a download URL.
By clicking on the name of a task in the table, the most recent result files are offered for download.
An administrator can also see and manage all tasks under Administration > System > Scheduler > Tasks:
Use the "pen & paper" icon to edit the task, and the "trash can" icon to delete it.
With the "power button" icon, you can pause the task, and with the arrow icon, you can reschedule it.
Additionally, you can execute a task immediately (independent of the regular schedule).
