The terminal can be operated via WLAN or Ethernet cable and can be set up as a desktop device or mounted on a wall. A Power over Ethernet (PoE) adapter and a flush-mounted power supply are available as optional accessories.
Desktop Device with WLAN and Power Supply
Upon delivery, the device is prepared for desktop use with WLAN operation. The power adapter is already plugged into the terminal. You only need a power outlet at the installation site.
Desktop Device with Ethernet Cable and Power Supply
The connection for the included network cable is located on the back of the device under the cover:
To remove the cover, use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the screw on the underside of the device.
Open the cover by pivoting it backwards from the bottom side.
Plug the included Ethernet cable into the port on the back of the device.
Reattach the cover and secure it with the screw.
Connect the Ethernet cable to your network first before connecting the terminal to the power supply.
Desktop Device with Ethernet Cable and Optional PoE Adapter
If no power connection is available at your location, but your network features Power over Ethernet (PoE), you can obtain an optional adapter from us that splits PoE Ethernet according to IEEE 802.3af into a Micro-USB connector for power and an Ethernet connection.
The connection for the PoE adapter is located on the back of the device under the cover:
To remove the cover, use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the screw on the underside of the device.
Open the cover by pivoting it backwards from the bottom side.
Remove the power adapter cable and instead connect the PoE adapter to the terminal using the Micro-USB cable and the Ethernet cable.
Using the provided Ethernet cable, you can connect the adapter to your PoE network.
Wall-Mounted Device with WLAN or Ethernet Cable and Power Supply
A wall mounting plate is included with the terminal for wall installation. This replaces the rear cover of the terminal:
Attach the wall mounting plate to the wall using the provided screws and wall plugs.
Remove the rear cover of the terminal by using a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the screw on the underside of the device.
Open the cover by pivoting it backwards from the bottom side.
If necessary, connect the Ethernet cable. Hook the terminal onto the wall mounting plate at the top first, then pivot it toward the wall.
Secure the device from the underside using the screw.
If you are connecting via Ethernet cable, connect the Ethernet cable to your network first before connecting the terminal to the power supply.

Wall-Mounted Device with Optional Flush-Mounted Power Supply
If you wish to perform wall mounting over an existing flush-mounted box directly to a 230V power cable, you can obtain a suitable flush-mounted power supply with a Micro-USB connector from us:
Connect the flush-mounted power supply to the 230V power connection (installation and commissioning must only be carried out by qualified electrical personnel in accordance with DIN VDE 0100) and secure it in the existing flush-mounted box.
A wall mounting plate is included with the terminal for wall installation. Attach the wall mounting plate over the flush-mounted box using the provided screws and wall plugs.
Remove the rear cover of the terminal by using a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the screw on the underside of the device.
Open the cover by pivoting it backwards from the bottom side.
First, connect the Ethernet cable to your network if applicable, and then connect the Micro-USB cable of the flush-mounted power supply to the terminal.
Hook the terminal onto the wall mounting plate at the top first, then pivot it toward the wall.
Secure the device from the underside using the screw.
Wall-Mounted Device with Ethernet Cable, PoE Adapter, and Wall Mounting
If no power connection is available at your location, but your network features Power over Ethernet (PoE), you can obtain an optional adapter from us that splits PoE Ethernet according to IEEE 802.3af into a Micro-USB connector for power and an Ethernet connection. Furthermore, an optional PoE wall mounting kit is available for the concealed mounting of the PoE adapter.
For wall mounting, use the approx. 2.5cm deep wall mounting plate from the PoE wall mounting kit. Use the provided wall plugs and screws for wall attachment.
Using the short (20cm) Ethernet cable provided in the PoE mounting kit, you can connect the adapter to your PoE network and stow it within the wall mounting kit.
Hook the terminal onto the wall mounting plate at the top first, then pivot it toward the wall.
Secure the device from the underside using the screw on the PoE wall mounting kit.
