Under reports > My reports, you will find your personal reports depending on the ZEP version and modules used: working time report, month-end report, working time history, and time sheets.

Break overview

Under the menu item reports > My reports > Break overview, every employee can call up a report of their break times for any period.

If a break regulation applies, more or fewer columns are displayed according to the stored parameters.


Without a break regulation, you see the following per day in the overview:

  • Start and end of the recorded times at the workplace (start time of first time record to end time of last time record)

  • Total hours

  • Sum of net working time (sum of time records for the day)

  • Break (difference between total hours and working time)

With a break regulation, you see all details in the overview per day "in terms of the break regulation":

  • Start and end of recorded times (start time of first time record to end time of last time record)

  • Sum of working time (sum of time records for the day)

  • Mandatory minimum break (if applicable)

  • Observed break

  • Insufficient break

In the second section, the following values are displayed:

  • Actual working time (sum of time records for the day)

  • Excess working time (exceeding the maximum working time per day)

  • Resulting deduction (minimum break or exceeding maximum working time)

  • Actual working time minus deduction

This report is intended to make it easier for you to check compliance with break regulations.
