In the Working Times menu item, you can record your working hours.
You will find various viewing options here:
Working week
Week
Day
Agenda
Each view contains information on the duration of your working times and the number of stamped attendance entries.
You can switch between individual weeks using the arrows to the right and left of the month and calendar week.
The Working Week, Week, and Day views allow you to record times via click & drag. Additionally, you can create a new entry in any view using the Record working time button.
In both cases, a pop-up window appears in which you can provide details about your working time:
Date
Time or duration
Remark
Once your details are complete, save the entry.
In each of the views, by clicking on the three dots, you can:
Obtain information on the total time,
Copy entries from one day to another (provided an administrator has allowed the recording of times in the past/future),
Insert breaks.
Break Regulations, Upper Limits & Core Working Time:
If a break regulation is set in ZEP and assigned to you, it may be violated by time bookings. ZEP draws your attention to this with a red exclamation mark and provides further information when you click on it.
The same happens if weekly or monthly hourly upper limits have been defined for you. Here, too, a red exclamation mark appears with further information.
If your employer has stored a core working time in ZEP, a blue notification appears on days when this has been violated.
