In the Dashboard menu item, you receive an overview of work-relevant information. Depending on the product line and modules used, as well as the settings made by the administrator, more or less information is available here.

Working times per selected period with:

  • Actual / Target working time

  • Average hours worked per working day

  • Paid absence in hours (with the Absences & Overtime module)

  • Overtime (with the Absences & Overtime module, if activated under Administration > Overtime & Absences > Settings)

Annual leave (with the Absences & Overtime module) broken down by:

  • Remaining leave for the current year

  • Remaining leave carried over from the previous year

  • Vacation entitlement for the current year

  • Already approved leave for the current year

  • Planned absences (planned & requested, not yet approved)

Attendance

  • Overview of all ZEP users with information on whether they are present (green circle indicates presence).

  • Can be filtered by department with the Departments module.

  • Visibility can be configured under Administration > Attendance > Settings.
