The Account area bundles the self-administration of the ZEP contract — subscription overview, invoices from ZEP itself, and the invoice data that the ZEP provider uses for billing. It is reachable via the main menu under Administration > Account.
Note: The Account area is available in ZEP Clock, ZEP Compact and ZEP Professional, provided that self-service contracts with ZEP exist. It is visible exclusively to administrators. In test versions the area is omitted because no billable contract has been stored yet.
Areas at a glance
The Account area is divided into three subareas, each covering a different aspect of contract administration. The entire area is a pure self-administration view — changes do not affect operational functions in ZEP, but only the contract between you and ZEP.
Subscription: current contract period, booked modules, number of employee licenses and options for contract adjustments. Here you change your booked modules or add additional licenses.
Invoices: overview of all invoices issued by ZEP to your company with status (open, paid) and PDF download.
Invoice data: address, contact person and payment method for ZEP invoicing. Here you change the recipient data of your ZEP invoices.
Distinction from billing and invoicing
The Account area exclusively manages the invoices from ZEP to your company. To be distinguished is the module collection Invoicing, which handles the invoicing of your company to your customers, as well as the System administration for company-wide maintenance functions. Both areas are technically and organizationally separated from the Account area; data from the Account area does not flow into customer invoices.
