Periods of employment:

Here you will find a graphical analysis of the employment periods of your employees. For the set period (the default is the first of the previous month to the last of the month in 4 months = 5 full months), the employment periods of the individual employees are shown graphically as bars. In the monthly columns, the total number of employees employed in the corresponding month is shown in brackets.

By clicking on the bar you can change the corresponding employment period.

You can have ZEP send the evaluation automatically.

Employment level / availability level:

In this evaluation you can determine how your employees are contractually employed.

The level is always given in relation to a full-time employee , i.e. someone who always works x hours Monday to Friday, where x is the number of hours per full-time working day for evaluating the level of availability under Settings > Employees , i.e. the default is 8 hours.

Employment level refers to whole weeks. That means if someone only works Monday to Wednesday, the employment level in each month is = 0.6 (regardless of whether one month has more Mondays than another)

Project assignment:

Create an overview of the assigned projects and absences of individual or all employees in a period.

You will see blue bars for the projects, orange bars for absences, yellow bars for unapproved absences that require approval.

If you can't see the entire label of a bar, hover over the bar to see the details in a tooltip.

For an evaluation period of up to three months, the scale of the bars is in days, otherwise in months.

If you do not use the Overtime, Absences & Vacation module, the information on absences is omitted.

Optionally, you can only display project manager assignments , i.e. only the employees and their projects to which they are assigned as project managers are listed.

You can have ZEP send the evaluation automatically.

Rights & Functions:

Here you can view the rights (user, user with additional rights, controller, administrator) and the function (project manager, customer manager, department head if applicable) of the employees.

By clicking on the PL, KV or AL function, you will be taken directly to the menu of the corresponding employee in the menu item Projects , Customers or the menu item Department Head for further information.

Change history

As an administrator, controller or department head, you can view the change history of all employee data at a glance.

The last 6 months are preset as the evaluation period.

You can restrict the results list by selecting one or more actions (create, change, delete, email sent) and specifying one (or more) areas.

Action Email sent:

The entire text of the email, consisting of recipient, CC, BCC, subject, content and, if applicable, file names of attachments, is displayed in the "new value" column. However, you only see the first 20 characters or so. If you hover over it with your mouse, you will see the entire text in a tooltip.

Emails that are not sent through ZEP but through your local mail client are not listed here.
