If you use the Overtime, Absences and Vacation module , you can call up the working hours overview for the employee locks for the department

Working time overview for employee locks

For the selected month, all employees in the department, including the sub-department(s), are displayed in a table with the hours they worked per day. You can filter by employee category. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are highlighted in grey, while Sundays and public holidays (and possibly other days on which the employee has 0 regular working hours) are also marked in red. In this overview, you can see whether all employees have "sept" or whether someone has forgotten to book their times. If you click on a day, all project times for that day are also displayed in a small window.

Display details working hours
Days on which more than 10 hours of working time were booked are marked yellow.
Days on which the standard working hours are exceeded by more than 50% and there are no defined reasons for absence (holidays, compensatory time off) are marked with a red background color.
Red days indicate that the month has not yet been fully recorded and blocking an employee is therefore not advisable. However, you can also decide to block the employee anyway.
If you click on a day, a pop-up window will also show you all the project times for the corresponding employee on that day. If you click on the employee name in the pop-up window, you will be taken directly to the project time recording for that employee and can make any corrections here.

Display details factual/non-factual distribution
For each employee and day, the billable times are shown in green and the non-billable times are shown in blue. If you click on a day, all project times for that day are also displayed in a small window.
If you click on a day, a pop-up window will also show you all the project times for the corresponding employee on that day. If you click on the employee name in the pop-up window, you will be taken directly to the project time recording for that employee and can make any corrections here.

Block employees
As a department manager, you can block the employees in your department, including the sub-department(s), for the specified month. You can optionally block all employees (click on the "Block all" button) or block individual employees for the specified month. To do this, click on the (first) "block symbol" behind the name of the relevant employee and confirm the following dialog with "Yes". The effects of an employee block are similar to the month-end closing: no changes can be made for the relevant employee, not even by the administrator (record, change or delete project times, receipts, absences in the month). You can recognize a blocked employee by the "closed lock" symbol (). If you want to remove an employee block, click on the symbol again and confirm the following dialog with "Yes". If you want to unblock all employees in the department, click on the button displayed.
