With this evaluation, you can always see how long certain invoices have not been paid.

You can also optionally filter by the customer’s industry.

If you only want to see invoices with an overdue payment deadline, activate the checkbox "Only show invoices with overdue payment". Specify:

The number of days since the current payment deadline (ie since the payment deadline of the reminder or, if there has not been a reminder yet, since the payment deadline of the invoice) or
Select the number of days since the invoice payment deadline.

You can define the daily intervals that should be displayed in the columns of the table under Administration > Settings > Invoicing .

You can also find this evaluation in the submenu of a customer project, in the submenu of a customer and under Administration > Invoicing > Open items .

Run evaluation in the background and schedule as a task

You can also "Run in the background" this evaluation. If you select pdf, doc, docx or odt (requires document generator module) or csv instead of "Preview", you can then click the "Run in background" button. ZEP will ask you whether you want to run the evaluation immediately, daily, weekly or monthly.

Immediately: The evaluation of the sometimes very extensive data runs immediately in the background.
Daily: Specify the time, evaluation period and evaluation name.
Weekly: Specify the day(s) of the week, the time, the evaluation period and the name of the evaluation.
Monthly: Specify the day of the month, the time, the analysis period and the name of the analysis.

When you click OK, this evaluation is scheduled as a task with the set parameters and will be carried out at the defined time. You will then simply receive the result in the desired format as an email.
