Transfer of customer data and contacts from Salesforce
The Salesforce module enables the connection of ZEP to Salesforce and supports the transfer of customers and contacts from Salesforce to ZEP as standard.
Salesforce can be flexibly adapted to the needs of every company. If the current scope of the Salesforce interface does not meet your requirements, please contact us and we will look together at the options available.
Transfer of customer data and contact persons from Salesforce:
Under Administration > Settings > Salesforce you can enter your Salesforce login details in ZEP. You can then import the listed data from Salesforce into ZEP.

Since ZEP version 6.5, the delivery address is also synchronized and the standard address is set as the billing address.
