The project status (income) evaluation compares internal and external costs for a project over a certain period of time.

The overview shows working hours and wages, other costs (receipts, mileage, travel allowances) and total costs. The internal and external costs or the billable portion of the total expenditure are determined. This results in the income (external costs - internal costs) and the profitability ("income / internal costs" and "income / billable").

The external costs for wages are derived from the project price tables for each period. If the project does not have its own price tables, the customer price tables apply. If the customer of the project does not have its own price tables, the base price tables apply. The internal costs for wages are derived from the internal hourly rate that is stored in the employee administration for each employee. If a project-specific internal hourly rate is specified, this is used for the calculation (in the period in which it is assigned). The overtime, absences, vacation module also takes time bonuses into account if necessary.

In addition, the internal and external wages, as well as the income and profitability (profitability = income / internal wages x 100%). Please note that the planned number of a process is only used if the process runtime (start-end date of the process is completely or partially in the evaluation period.)

Working hours, receipts, additional meal expenses, travel allowances and mileage are listed for each employee. Total hours, billable hours, billable daily rates (if applicable) and the billable portion of hours are listed for each employee. In addition, internal and external wages, as well as revenue and profitability (profitability = revenue / internal wages x 100%).
by employee and activity:
Additionally, working hours per employee are broken down according to activity.
by employee department (only with Departments module):
Working hours, receipts, additional meal expenses, travel allowances and mileage allowance are listed with internal and external costs per department.

In the breakdown variants by employee, the employee's (one or more) price group(s) are also displayed. An employee can have different price groups at different times and in different processes of the project. Only the price groups for which there was actually a time booking in the evaluation period are displayed here.
If the billable amount cannot be determined from expense transactions, the planned amounts of the flat-rate transactions are used instead and, if necessary, added up to the project. Please note: in this case, the planned figures of grouping transactions are not taken into account, only the planned figures of the flat-rate subordinate transactions. (Planned figures for grouping transactions are only used as real planned figures, they are not used as a substitute for a billable amount.)
