Project evaluations General

The evaluations in the menu item Projects > Evaluations can only be carried out by project managers (PL), controllers, department heads (AL) and administrators. A project manager is determined by assigning the role “Project Manager” when defining project employees. A department manager can be determined by using the “Departments” module.

The following evaluations are available for projects.

  • A general evaluation for project time and receipts. This allows a wide range of questions to be answered ad hoc and project times/receipts to be rebooked or copied.

  • In addition, there are special evaluations: project and customer turnover, as well as the project status according to plan and time (the project status revenue is reserved for the administrator or the controller), the overall status according to plan and time (the overall status revenue is also reserved for the administrator and the controller) and a project-time matrix.

  • The “Overtime, Absences and Vacation” module can be used to call up a project-oriented absence overview so that the project manager remains informed about the presence/absence of his project employees.

Project managers are offered all projects in which they are defined as project managers.

Department heads (only when using the “Departments” module) see all projects in their own department.

Administrators and controllers see all projects.
