Overtime, absences & vacation

With the additional module Overtime, Absences & Vacation you can manage employees’ overtime, absences and vacations.

Among other things, you can compensate for overtime if it has been paid out, for example, and flexibly create reasons for absence and absence that should be made available to your employees.

The module gives you the following additional menu items in your ZEP:

  • My ZEP > Absences

Here you enter your absences (vacation, illness, compensatory time off).

  • Employees > Evaluation > Absence overview

Overview of employee absences. Can also be broken down by reason for absence ("vacation plan")

  • Employees > Evaluation > Working hours overview

Here you can create an evaluation of the working hours and absences of all employees. For each employee, the planned and actual working hours, the paid absences and the resulting overtime in a specific period are displayed.

  • Employees > Evaluation > Annual overview of days absent

Display of all absence days per employee over one year.

  • Employees > Evaluation > End of month

Every employee can use the end-of-month evaluation to find out about their current status regarding their working hours, overtime, vacation days, remaining vacation days, etc. In this evaluation, the employee can see the hours they have worked for each day, how much overtime has accrued per day, how many of these hours were worked on Sundays and public holidays (with surcharge), and the absences.

  • Administration > Monthly closing

The month-end closing saves all working hours, overtime and absences for all employees for each month. No changes can be made in a closed month! To make changes, the month-end closing can be cancelled.

  • Administration > Master data > Reasons for failure

    Definition of false reasons.
