    • crm.objects.deals Read & Write (Checkbox)

Settings in ZEP:

Administration > Settings > HubSpot

  • Access Token (copy and paste from the Private App you just created in HubSpot)

Optional: If deals from HubSpot should be created as projects in ZEP:

  • HubSpot Deal Stage IDs:

    • If left blank: No deals from HubSpot will be synchronized as projects in ZEP.

    • If “all”: All deals from HubSpot are created as projects in ZEP.

    • If deal phase ID (several are possible) is entered: Deals in the respective deal phases are created as projects in ZEP and synchronized as long as they are in the deal phases in HubSpot.

Synchronization of HubSpot and ZEP:

ZEP: Administration > System > Tasks

  • Create new task with type HubSpot

Limit synchronization:

If you have customers that you do not want to transfer from HubSpot to ZEP, create an account field in HubSpot called "ZEP" and enter "no". Customers with this label will be excluded from the transfer to ZEP.
