With Memtime, you have your time firmly under control across all programs. Recall your day at a glance, create time entries, and synchronize them with your projects in ZEP.

Memtime mirrors your projects, activities, and tasks from ZEP so you can create time entries even faster and more accurately. Recall your day at a glance and assign activities to the correct projects.

If you assign a time entry to a project, an activity, or a task from ZEP, it automatically appears in the correct location there. Manual transfer of your data is not necessary.

Link ZEP

Open the Memtime App and click the Menu Burger to select Connected Apps.

If ZEP is not yet displayed as a Connected App, you can click the option "Find More Connected Apps" to locate it.

The Memtime Marketplace website will then open in your browser. Here you can search for "ZEP."

Once ZEP has been selected, click the "Connect with ZEP" button.

Enter SOAP API Data

A pop-up window will be displayed, requesting the ZEP API Data.

This data can be found in ZEP under Administration > Interfaces > SOAP.

Copy the data and install ZEP in Memtime.

Afterwards, return to the Memtime App and under Connected Apps, click "Update installed Connected Apps."

To receive the SOAP API Data in ZEP, the ZEP Interfaces add-on module is required.

The module can be booked for a fee via the Self-Service Tool.

Authentication of ZEP in Memtime

Select ZEP in the Connected Apps in Memtime and click the "Authenticate" button.

A pop-up window will then open, where you must enter your ZEP login credentials.

Synchronization Settings

After authentication, various settings can be made in the Connected App settings for ZEP, e.g.: Automatic synchronization of projects and time entries, view of project names, which projects should be imported from ZEP, and other settings for tasks, tickets, and subtasks, among others.

To book time to a ZEP project in Memtime, the project must be in the active status in ZEP, and project employees must be assigned, as well as tasks defined.
